Property Management Southcoast Pty Ltd is an independent, home based real estate agency which has been operating in Ulladulla since 2006.  We specialise in permanent Residential Rental and Holiday Accommodation.

The business is owned and operated by Kathy Bowman, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager.  Kathy has had more than 15 years service in the real estate industry with her main focus being property management and office administration.

Kathy is assisted by Michelle Cook, Office Administrator.  Michelle has also had many years experience in the industry with more than 5 of that involved in Strata Management.

Both ladies have a wealth of knowledge of the industry and the local area with Michelle born and bred in Milton and Kathy moving here from Canberra in 1983.  These attributes have allowed the business to grow from strength to strength since its inception and this could not have been achieved without the local knowledge and the support of family, friends, landlords, tenants, holiday guests and local tradespeople.

Our mission is to continue to provide our clients with a personal, reliable and professional service whilst maintaining a thorough knowledge and understanding of tenancy law.
